To waive time limitations specified by law in order to allow the Medal of Honor to be awarded to Gary Lee McKiddy, of Miamisburg, Ohio, for acts of valor while a helicopter crew chief and door gunner with the 1st Cavalry Division during the Vietnam War.

Recognizing the twentieth anniversary of the suppression of protesters and citizens in and around Tiananmen Square in Beijing, People's Republic of China, on June 3 and 4, 1989 and expressing sympathy to the families of those killed, tortured, and imprisoned in connection with the democracy protests in Tiananmen Square and other parts of China on June 3 and 4, 1989 and thereafter.

Remembering the 75th anniversary of the Ukrainian Famine (Holodomor) of 1932-1933 and extending the deepest sympathies of the House of Representative to the victims, survivors, and families of this tragedy, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the Congress regarding dispute settlement proceedings in the World Trade Organization.

Returning several measures to the Senate.

Endorsing increased efforts to preserve and protect Lake St. Clair as a vital part of the Great Lakes system.

To authorize the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America to establish a memorial on Federal land in the District of Columbia to honor the victims of the Ukrainian famine-genocide of 1932-1933.

Expressing the sense of Congress that the 70th anniversary of the 1932-1933 man-made famine in Ukraine ("Holodomor") should serve as a reminder of the incredible suffering and loss sustained by the Ukrainian people as a result of intentional policies implemented by the government of the former Soviet Union.

Recognizing the 50th anniversary of the passage of legislation that created real estate investment trusts (REITs) and gave millions of Americans new investment opportunities that helped them build a solid foundation for retirement security and has contributed to the overall strength of our economy.
